Great leaders grow other leaders.

Accessible by design. Generous in practice.

My heart has always been to see the people around me grow into their potential.

I love spending time with people who want to make a difference — in their teams, their organisations and the world around them.

I believe part of my life’s work is to grow leaders at every stage of their journey — and to help them become the kind of leaders who multiply that growth in others.

That’s the legacy I want to leave.

But good coaching can be difficult to access.

Experienced leadership and executive coaching has traditionally been built around corporate development budgets.

For senior executives whose organisation is funding their development, that model can work well.

But there are also emerging leaders, experienced managers, small-business leaders and people simply wanting to invest in themselves who may not have a large organisation picking up the bill.

I don’t think access to good coaching should depend entirely on the size of your employer’s development budget.

Coach James has been deliberately designed to stay simple.

No large office.
No sales team.
No layers of account management.
No unnecessary corporate infrastructure.

Technology takes care of much of the routine administration so that I can spend more of my time doing the work you actually came for.

So I built Coach James differently.

Less overhead. More coaching.

Accessible by design.

I want experienced leadership coaching to remain within reach of people who are serious about growing — whether their organisation is paying or they are investing in themselves.

That doesn’t mean trying to be the cheapest coach available.

It means charging fairly, running the business responsibly and putting as much of your investment as possible into the coaching itself.

Generous in practice.

Coaching is my work. My time has value, the systems that support it have costs, and the business needs to be sustainable. But I don’t want the relationship to feel transactional.

I want the people I coach to feel generously served — through the attention I give them, the resources I share, the thinking that continues beyond our conversations and the support that surrounds the formal sessions.

Generosity doesn’t mean pretending my time has no value. It means doing my best to make sure yours does.

Accessibility only works if it can last.

Coach James is priced to cover the real cost of coaching well, keep the systems behind it reliable, and allow me to keep sharpening my own practice.

Sustainability isn’t about extracting the most from each client. It’s about building a business that can keep serving people well for the long haul.

Sustainable by intention.

James helped me get to the ‘why’ behind my leadership behaviours — which made the change genuinely stick.

Beyond your own growth

Your growth rarely
stops with you.

The way you lead affects your team, your colleagues, your organisation and often the people you return home to at the end of the day.

Leadership development isn’t simply about becoming more capable yourself.

It’s about becoming the kind of leader who helps other people become more capable too.

Coaching can feel like a big step. Here are some straightforward answers to the questions people often have before getting started.

Your next step

Start with a conversation.

You don’t need to decide whether coaching is worth the investment before we’ve even met.

Let’s talk about where you are, what you’d like to change and where you’d like to go.

If I believe I can help, I’ll explain what that could look like. If I don’t think I’m the right person, I’ll tell you that too.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
