Meet your coach
I've sat on both sides of the career conversation.
I'm James Green, an IECL-trained organisational coach with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience. My work has involved leading people, making hiring decisions and helping others develop the clarity and confidence to take their next step.
I bring that perspective to coaching without assuming I know which career you should choose. My role is to ask useful questions, challenge your thinking when needed and help you identify a path that makes sense for your circumstances.
