You know you've done more than your answers suggest.
You might have strong experience, yet still struggle to explain it when someone asks, “Tell me about a time…”
Maybe you go blank. Maybe your answer wanders. Or perhaps you aren't sure whether your everyday experiences count as meaningful interview evidence.
The challenge isn't always a lack of experience. It's recognising what matters and communicating it clearly.
“Tell me about a time you handled a challenge.”
The strongest answer doesn't need to be dramatic. It needs a real example, clear reasoning, specific actions and an honest outcome.
That's exactly what this course teaches. What you'll learn to do.

I'm James Green, an IECL-trained organisational coach with more than 20 years of experience leading people, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
I've seen capable people struggle to communicate what they bring — not because they lacked skill, but because they hadn't yet identified the examples that demonstrated it.

A few practical answers to help you decide whether Ready to Answer™ Online is right for you.
What is Ready to Answer™ Online?
Ready to Answer™ Online is a self-paced interview preparation course created by Coach James. Across six modules, you'll learn to identify genuine evidence, interpret interview questions, develop answers using TRAIL™, practise aloud and prepare for interview day.
How long does the course take?
The course is designed to take approximately three hours, including exercises and reflection. You can complete it in several sittings within your course access period.
Do I need an interview booked to start?
No. You can build an Evidence Bank and begin practising before an interview is confirmed. If you already have a position description or other opportunity in mind, you can use it throughout the exercises.
Is this suitable for graduates and career changers?
Yes. The course is useful for first jobs, graduate opportunities, promotions, career transitions and returning to work. Your interview examples can come from employment, study, volunteering, sport or other real responsibilities.
Will I receive one-to-one coaching?
No. The $49 course is designed for independent learning and does not include live coaching or personalised assessment. For tailored practice, see Interview Coaching with Coach James.
What is the TRAIL™ Method?
TRAIL™ helps you structure genuine behavioural examples using five steps: Terrain, Reasoning, Action, Impact and Learning. It gives your answer a clear route without requiring a memorised script.
What do I get to keep?
After completing the course, you can download the 16-page Interview Playbook, containing reference guides, practice templates and checklists. You can also save copies of your six completed Worksheets before your course access ends.
Is the $49 payment a subscription?
No. It is a one-time course purchase, including GST, not a subscription. Your access to the online course is time-limited; review the access terms shown at enrolment.
Be ready to explain what you bring.
The best preparation isn't about delivering perfect answers. It's about recognising your experience and practising how to communicate it.
