For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and working inside some of Australia’s leading brands — navigating pressure, making tough decisions and delivering results that matter.
Through that journey, I experienced many of the same challenges my clients face today — feeling stretched, questioning what’s next and searching for greater purpose beyond simply pushing harder.
That experience led me into executive and leadership coaching (IECL Levels 1 & 2), helping people find greater clarity, direction and meaningful progress in their careers.
